The club has made some bad decisions over the years, and you can absolutely attribute some of the blame to Tan and his direct reports.

On the other hand we've had one of the most successful periods in our history under Tan as well, so if he's to blame for the bad he's also to blame for the good.

I think over the years he's put too much faith in the wrong people. The Warnock's of this world can be very convincing that they are the solution. Especially after his initial impact, but ultimately Warnock doesn't care in the slightest what long term problems he's building up at your club.
We seem to be looking to take a longer term and more sustainable view more recently, so lets see where that takes us.
