I like both Flint and Morrison, they are excellent solid centre backs at this level. Commanding in each box in the air.

I think we should only be playing one or other of them, not two together.
Neither are blessed with pace, or have the ability to dribble the ball out, or pass accurately into midfield.

If you look at other teams who have played with a back 3, they are rarely 3 traditional centre backs like we have, there are often converted full backs, or even defensive midfielders.

I think Nelson has been important for us in there as his pace means he can cover for the other two. However he's having a bad run of form, as is Morrison.

At this stage I think we definitely need one of Morrison or Flint involved, then 2 from the remaining options:

McGuiness
Brown
Pack
Ng
Denham
Connolly
D'Almeida
Bakare

Personally I'd like to see McGuiness on the Right and Brown on the left
