Get rid of McCarthy this afternoon

Have a decent younger manager lined up to sort this squad out with the plan to build for the next few years.

Could Bellamy do it? or is he mentally not in the right spot?
Media thinking Wilder is taking over 'cos he was at the Fulham game. Like f*** would he take over, we're skint with a League One squad
It'll be Morrison if anyone because he's already employed by the club so we can just about afford him.
For everyone who is saying Steve Morison should get the job, this is what Dalman said earlier today:
Dalman ruled out the prospect of appointing under-23s manager Steve Morison as an interim boss while hunting for a new man.
"I've spent my entire career avoiding risk - and that would be a risk," he said.
"If it doesn't work you're in a relegation battle, and you have an under-23 manager who's never done that before. I'm not prepared to take that risk."

Wilder isn’t going to get a PL job, he won’t drop to L1 or 2. About 10 Champ clubs have stable managers, and 4/5 others won’t be able to match his wage. I’m not sure Fulham, WBA, Bournemouth etc would want him. Wilder would probably take it if he was offered it. There’s only about 10 jobs he could realistically get.
Harris is coming back isn't he?
Decent enough fella that likes to play football. He's already here so won't cost alot i'm not sure if his wages would rise a little..
If we had gone for the likes of cooper or martin like Swansea did our fans would moan anyway.
Do we really need to go gung ho and pay silly amounts of money on the usual shit manager merry go round?
I'd much rather us give a untested manager a go than bring in dinosaurs
The Newport manager vacancy attracted something like 70 applications (according to Ellis James on Feast Of Football).
Even with no transfer budget in January (together with our form and league position) our managers job will be a massive prize to a lot of lower league or out-of-work managers and coaches. Cardiff is a big club with an underperforming squad - it should be doing better.
It isn't a lack of applicants that will be the problem, it will be the competence of the board in choosing a replacement - or lack of.....
