Don't take my word for it by the way

Now you may well say that Brown and Darling would have been more sympathetic than the Tories to the less well off, but I very much doubt this given what I have already said about Blair (with Brown as his right hand man) setting up the draconian Interview regime under DLA which was admittedly broadened by the Tories under PIP. And Brown, of course used the same sort of interview regime for almost anyone who applied for ESA.

Not to mention tuition fees which Labour brought in in the teeth of opposition from the Tories and Lib Dems. who then of course change their minds after the results of the review instigated by Peter Mandelson in 2009 (and look at the problems this caused the Lib Dems).

Labour ,of course, opposed the increase the tories brought in but that was under a new leadership and there is no doubt that if Brown had been leader they would also have brought in the increases.

Had Labour got in in 2010 I would have had no confidence in them not leaving me high and dry either

I wasn't lucky with PIP and I acknowledge that you kindly offered to help if we did have problems. But it took me hours of hard work to fill in the forms in 2007 for my wife's reapplication for DLA ( we weer on a three year review until then but it was changed to indefinite at that review and I used this experience to answer the similar forms for PIP in 2020 and then to review the interview and successfully get standard care upgraded to enhanced care.

And whether you believe me or not I may well have abstained in 2017 and 2019 if Corbyn hadn't been leader (Almost certainly in 2019)
Well you have tried to say PIP was Labours doing , it wasn't and still after 11 years you think the Tories are going to look after you better than anyone else so you vote for them

Good luck
