My wife didn't really like her pizza trays but loved her football bench coat, so it was a lose - win

Since Lockdown I have been doing the weekly shopping for a dear old German lady I know. Last year, her son (who lives over an hour away) cunningly put £50 in a Christmas card envelope for me (which I used on her shopping instead) but the swine has put £100 book voucher in this year's card. Funnily enough, he has enclosed the receipt.

    Sharp as fook as well.
Managed to cut myself first time using one yesterday.
Ridiculous slicing through, say an onion.
Hardly any pressure is needed compared to my old ones.

it's bad luck to give knives as a present. Unless you give here something in return.

Why did you point out the ethnicity of your "friend"?
A bit of a weird thing to do.

Well they do say the most dangerous item in the kitchen is the blunt knife
(If you have to apply pressure it can slip and cut you )
