Yes, I agree.

Being a young lad doesn't make him immune for critism. I didn't see the game so offer no opinion on his performance.

I believe in being firm but fair with the youngsters. If you pander to them and wrap them up in cotton wool, they'll always look for it and won't develop professionally or personally.That applies to kids in any trade.

Generally what I've seen of young Isaak Davies is very positive and I sincerely believe he has a bright future.
