Yeah a green pick up with a R1 engine in it.

I'll take a look.
Rot box pick ups are fetching silly money at the moment, as are the vans. I find the bog standard shape Mini's aren't shooting up in value unless you've got a Cooper or a very limited edition. Bought mine as an investment 8 years ago, but the value hasn't shifted much.
Should have bought something with an RS badge on it.
If its detached from the house, imho the way forward is timber frame, laplog cladding, fake tiles / slate roof sheeting , i say this as its my new business venture ( garden buildings and garages )
Keep in mind under Permitted development the building cannot be forward of the furthest front elevation , if its down the side, it needs to be under 15m2 ,under 2.5 M in height if within 2M of the boundary
That's part of the problem - the only site is between the side wall of the house (no windows) and a six-foot boundary wall.
There's enough room, but I'm not sure whether you can have a timber framed building so close to the house. The planning rules are a bit vague.
looks a beast Jimmy, you build it ? ? ? or buy it ?? ?
I used to own this

I had it sprayed bronze, its currently down in Bridgend i think
only a 1.3 but the size was so small it was nippy as hell, trying to find the video of it doing the 1/4 at santa-pod
We had a prefab concrete one a bit like this built at our old house. Pretty decent. https://www.summergardenbuildings.co...-11903380.html
