Bowen pulled out of a Wales u21 squad so may well be injured
Hasn't Ratcliffe been missing for a while?
As I mentioned above, I was being sarcastic, they were down to the bare bones in midfield somewhat yesterday (Isaac Jefferies is more of a forward I believe, but didn’t do bad there) and I’d say Bowen wasn’t involved for one of two reasons, either he was still injured or, less likely for me, Morison had him training with the first team squad.

It was probably the best bit of play I’ve seen from Ligendza in the three or four years since I first saw him. I’d assumed he’d been released because I cannot remember seeing his name this season before yesterday, presumably he’s been injured.
U23s away at Hull at 5.30. City and Hull third in their respective divisions.
Turner, Semenyo, Jones, Bakare, Davies, Trialist, D'Almeida, Leahy, Jeffries, Crole, Ligendza
Subs: Kenniford, Thomas, Wigley, Colwill (J).
1-0 to Hull.
Finished 3-0. Ligendza sent off after an hour.
I’ll make the usual qualification about the game at this level being more about development than points and it’s true to say that the team has changed almost completely from early in the season, but it will still be disappointing to miss out on our top two finish, as looks likely now, when you consider what the table looked like in early December.
