I guess a lot depends on how many of the national side play outside of Ukraine. But then, I should imagine even the home-based players will be allowed to play - it's great publicity. "We're still here", as our song goes.

I would think the concentration of the war to Eastern Ukraine away from Kyiv will give the opportunity for the home based players to keep fit in safety at least. Goes without saying that this is not ideal!

Dynamo Kiev played a friendly in Poland this week so clearly some arrangements have been made to keep at least some of the national team players fit and away from the fighting. A fair few play for DK.
