We are to believe Putin is a despot whose army consist of murderous thugs, while Ukraine's leader is saintly and his troops are kindly humanitarians. The thing Is Putin IS a despot. He has had so many journalists murdered, and political rivals murdered or imprisoned. He’s plundered the state for his own personal wealth and that of his supporters, and he rules through a combination of fear and misinformation.

I'm totally fine with that narrative.

I don't necessarily believe the numbers, I question the lack of transparency regarding Ukranian casualties and take into consideration the fact that we see mainly good news stories.

Again saying that, I will lap up every good news story that I can regarding Ukraine.
