Other than the most critical workers, lock every citizen down and keep them locked down for however long the WHO deem necessary.

Yes, I have. The US FDA approved a vaccine for it in late 2019.

But mRNA addicts will be disappointed to learn it's the old school type and not manufactured by those fine upstanding people at Pfizer. Nevertheless, I'm sure the majority will be eager to volunteer themselves. I think we can be assured the TV will encourage them to get their skates on at every opportunity while carefully neglecting to inform them the maker of the product will be indemnified. That identical strategy worked brilliantly for Covid-19 on the chronically uninformed majority of Brits.
