That video is obviously part of a continuing joke he was making about not wanting a shot and regretting getting one.

I posted a video in this thread of another famous comedian, Gilbert Gottfried, speaking with another less famous one about how great the Covid needle was and their confusion about why some people didn't share their faith in Pfizer and co.
