Climate Change - How much do you actually care

For once a thread with little conflict and much reality.
I work in India occasionally and it’s horrendous if they started today it would take a generation to clear up and there is no input from the west. China by contrast is leading the way and their import rules are tough.
The German car industry produced a report demonstrating that it takes 30% more energy to produce an electric car than a fossil fuel car which outweighs any energy saving over the life of the car. that report got buried as it doesn’t suit the narrative.

I care but I’m outnumbered by the billions who don’t.

I think most people care, but most aren't prepared to take the sacrifices.
