Normally avoid the big meetings (except for an odd race), Glorious Goodwood, Royal Ascot etc, as they're a bookies dream.

I know what you mean and you're spot on, I'll just be doing a few acca's with a pick from each race. Tend to do that with most meeting's, it's about the only way you can occasionally beat them!
