The left back curse strikes again with O’Dowda likely to be missing tomorrow, but Bagan is back.
I would imagine Niels Nkounkou will start against Luton.
First league match under the lights, actually looking forward to being entertained, and let’s hope for a few goals aye.
Match stats
- Cardiff have won five of their last six league games against Luton, although they lost 1-0 in the most recent meeting in April.
- Following a 1-0 win at the Cardiff City Stadium in their last league meeting, Luton are looking to win consecutive league games against the Bluebirds for the first time since October 2005.
- Cardiff City have won nine of their last 14 league matches played on Tuesdays (D3 L2) including each of their last two, at home to Coventry and Derby in 2022.
- This is Luton Town’s 2,000th away match in the Football League, with their first a 1-1 draw at Leicester City back in September 1897. They’ve won 480, drawn 509 and lost 1,010 of their first 1,999.
- Luton have won their last three away league games in Wales (two wins vs Swansea, one vs Cardiff). The Hatters have never won four in a row away from home in Wales in the Football League.
I'd love to say we're going to win this one, but my head says it's another draw. 1 - 1.
City to win 3-0 with a Max Watters hat-trick. Only 700/1 on Sky Bet.
A draw is for me unacceptable.
2 or more goal win is the minimum otherwise i'm not getting that Ardiff City tattoo that i promised to do.
Surprised by the team, not a lot of width, lots of runners. Doesn’t excite me with a two of Harris and Watters. Maybe they need each other, who knows.
Odd selection. Responded to a lack of creativity and goals by taking out our 2 most creative players.
What is the team? Sat outside a bar in Mellieha, Malta, all the locals are waiting with bated breath.

Looks like a possible 4-2-2 with Ralls and Ojo playing wide maybe?
Either that or one of Harris or Watters wide in a forward 3 with Ojo.
Is a bit of a strange pick, be interesting to see how we line up.
Not a good selection. Some on the bench would be preferable such as Colwill, Sawyers and Philogene. And why is Ralls being picked and we all know that Watters and Harris aren't up to it but the manager has no others to choose from. Only one of our misfiring strikers should play.
Agreed. Colwill was one of the better players on Saturday and he is immediately dropped to the bench.
Ralls on the other hand did nothing and keeps his place ? 🤔
