He's great going forward for sure. Weak defensively.
It's taking the positives and negatives together with Nkounkou. Even if he played in midfield, he'd be expected to track back and defend. It's clearly not one of his strengths though.
If you're prepared to accept that in favour of having what he gives you going forward, then he's becoming un-droppable!
