According to Wiki, he is only one of 16 coaches worldwide to hold the 'elite' badge. He's also married to Janine. That's good enough for me.

Good shout. Whether he'd work for us under the current financial restrictions, is quite another thing. "Er, you'd have to work with a poor side, and there's no money available for anything". That's bound to lure him in. Also, I doubt we could afford his wage.
Said it last week in next managers thread. We’ll miss the boat on Critchley, then probably end up getting rid of Hudson at Christmas. Cmon Mehmet get on the blower tonight.
Keyser soze made a compelling case for employing him when he was blackpool manager...probably a couple managers back for us...

I’m sure a few championship chairman are mulling over a sacking in order to get this guy. I’d bet on him turning up somewhere like Norwich in the next few weeks.
I think the boat has gone for us with Neil Critchley and that is a real shame.
It amazes me how the landscape of football, especially in a managerial sense, seems to bypass our board.
We seem to play a totally different game to other clubs.
Other clubs strike while the iron is hot. We struggle to recognise there is an iron.
Take a look at our list of managers and ask yourself who we were battling with for their signature. There couldn't have been long queues for many of them.
Sticking a pin in the big book of managers seems to be our very loose strategy.
He left after a great start to his managerial career to become a number 2. I don’t think management is his bag, it was a really strange decision at the time if he has serious ambitions to be a manager again.
The same Critchley who upped and left his managerial job to become someone's number 2? No thanks. Did a good job at Blackpool but again, no thanks
