I can't say I know an enormous amount about Brazil and what is happening on the ground aside from the Covid situation, which Bolsanaro clearly mishandled and said some rather outrageous things.

I suspect there are reasons millions voted for him and Lula will have to reach out to what is evidently a pretty divided society. I think their parliament is still aligned to Bolsanaro too, making his job harder.

I wouldn't be suprised if there isn't another election sooner than later or that for one reason or other this all drags on, unfortunately. It matters given the importance and size of Brazil.
