He’s alright pretending to be an outfield player but his shot stopping seems to be absolutely dire. He doesn’t get many shots fired at him but it seems the ones that do have a high chance of going through him. It’s like he’s a ghost.
Wouldn't go that far but he has got progressively worse.
Can't be too much of a coincidence that the crap in front of him have been consistently crap.
Edit: Ralls off TFFT.
I've never rated him. Whenever he played against us I never expected him to do much to stop us scoring.
He’s at about the right level, lower third of championship goalkeeper.
Put it this way, I miss Smithies.
I think he’s been a good signing, uses the ball well, has made some decent saves.
I’d like to see today’s effort again. He has his moments but very suspect on anything hit near him.
There’s no way he should have been beaten from that angle today
He's ok...we've had better
He is not crap ..
Poor goal to concede but the best team won.
Our strikers were crap though ...
I actually thought our approach play was good against a decent side , we were not out classed our ability in the box is woeful.
Whilst we blame the keeper watch Niels Nkounkou part in it .
Why is it that only home goal replays are shown on the big screens.Surely home fans would like to view opposition goals too.
He's the last position on the pitch to worry about
Pointless blaming individuals. Weve about 5 or 6 half decent players thats it.
I think it’s shots near to goalkeepers that are often the hardest to save, but I agree with you that Allsop seems a bit heavy limbed and could be quicker at moving his arms and legs at times. That said, I wouldn’t blame him for todays goal and would still rate him as one of our best signings of the summer.
