I had a hissy fit?
You stopped supporting the club and wouldn't return until Tan was gone which was then updated to when the team went back to blue but wouldn't give Tan any money and went on friends free tickets but then got a season ticket.
Somebody has had a mare here. I on the other hand stopped posting here for a bit.
As U turns go they are on different planets. Remember that when having a dig at mine.
You can read exactly what I said about Tan and his rebrand back in 2012 here:
http://thelonegunmanblog.blogspot.co...lour_1920.html
Back then, I vowed that I wouldn't support the team while it played in Tan's red shirts, and I didn't. Not once. City returned to blue in January 2015. My first game post-rebrand was away at Fulham in August 2016.
In 2012, I vowed that I wouldn't put another penny into the club while Tan was the owner, and I maintained that stance for a decade. However, following the advent of Covid-19, I decided that the time was right to get myself another season ticket last summer and I'm totally comfortable with that. I did everything within my powers to oppose the rebrand and Tan's ownership, but times have changed, as has the kit.
Let me ask you a couple of questions: apart from your endless stream of tedious posts on this message board, what have you ever actually done to oppose Vincent Tan's ownership of Cardiff City? And what do you hope to achieve by posting the same things on here every time the team loses?
No answers to my questions? No surprise.
I haven't got to answer anything.
Why does anybody post anything though? Do they think anybody saying the strikers are crap will wake them up and start a scoring spree?
My posting is as futile as the next man, regardless of their inflated idea of their self importance.
I'm not sure why you post half of what you do and don't care either.
Don't like mine then click ignore.
You could try, though. I'm fairly certain the answers would be more amusing than most of what you post.
So come on then, you are obviously deeply opposed to Tan. You want him out of the club. You tell everybody that on a very regular basis. So what have you ever done to actively oppose Tan's ownership of CCFC?
I could try but I won't.
As I said earlier, what does any message posted here achieve. Not a great deal.
There has been no active protest march or show of discontent outside of the odd banner which are taken by the stewards. I hope the opposition does get more vocal. I am not of the view that just because an owner has bought the club he can run it into the ground. This lot are going a long way to doing it. I truly believe they will make the same mistakes in League 1 as they are now.
You both want the same things ultimately lads. New Year new me and all that, let’s all at least try to get along.
Getting rid of Morison and not giving him time to get the best out of the new signings has proven costly
Morison is a major reason we are in this mess. He signed 17 players, and yet Whyte and Harris are starting on a regular basis. He made a royal mess of this summer's transfer window. People say the team is better than last season's as if it is fact, I'm pretty sure that isn't true.
In retrospect, it's interesting to look at the opposition during Morison's ten games, during which the side picked up eleven points. After 26 games, the highest ranked of them is Middlesbrough, who are eighth. We all believed the Norwich result was a big one, but it turns out they're not very good and have been beaten nine times already.
