November 5th our last win ?
Some of this team should be shot like knackered old horses
1 goal in 6 league games, just 8 in our last 12 says we are.
It won’t. I went to bed at ten last night, hoping to wake up to the signings that we need. Instead I woke up to a striker that doesn’t score many goals and an almost 100% confidence that we’re going down.
We are not and we may need more than that.
Im more concerned about next season in L1. Our "better" players not many I know will want out and I fear for us with whats left and another 2 windows where we cant buy anyone.
May be naive but I think if Kaba can do his job we’ll be ok
I'm not sure we do.
Kaba has scored 4 goals in 27 games so far this season.
That is arguably in a worse league than the Championship.
Even if he keeps that consistency here there won't be enough goals. Which then leaves the rest of our goal shy squad to get the goals needed to stay up.
I'm hoping by hook or crook we do but head is saying we don't stay up and heart is on the fence at the moment too when looking at it logically.
Very few goals from up front
Less from midfield
Set piece threat ?
What a mess
Again we were in a game last night, not battered, but just never going to win it.
We've now returned to a lot of hitting and hoping when we have no players capable of holding the ball up.
Luton didn't look particularly impressive but when they barely need to defend they don't need to be.
I've always had hope eventually we would get a decent run together, but watching last night and another nil defeat I'd now genuinely be surprised if we stay up.
Kaba is welcome but who the **** is going to create anything for him anyway. There's no platform.
We have a couple of tricky, flashy type wingers who on their day look good but rarely do the basics well.
Sky bet have us at 2.75 for relegation, on current form I think it's a good price.
To pull away from this nightmare we need back to back wins and fast
I cannot see us getting that first win never mind two on the trot
A point is seen as a good result
It normally is away from home but a side that's going to stay up goes to a team like Luton and gets all 3
My crystal ball foresees a 21 points haul from remaining fixtures which will just be enough.

I can't see it, it's just like the time old trying to get promoted on Championship manager by not spending a penny on transfer fees, just free transfers. It becomes evident fairly early on that everyone's a bit dicey and you end up having to twist on whoever with a bit of talent is available and there's usually some trouble behind them causing their availability and they come on like triple the wages of everyone.....and you still have a relation team.
If I was pushed to really have to concentrate on what possibly would keep this current crop up - it would be a whole lot of fluke mixed in with making us hard to score against; with the very little true attacking talent and vision we do have playing at their top form and things going well for us. We have to hope to scrap our way out of this the ugly but clever way hopefully instilled by Bamba and Sabri.
Hard work, and applying oneself.
I think he's an intelligent manager and he will make a fist of it but he's got very little to play with
The away win at Sunderland was a good performance but was clearly a one off . We need several of them and quickly not pissing about with a point here or there
You can't make our poor players any better and we have far too many of them
Is absolutely stealing a living, and had all the goodwill behind him to really smash it this season. Just prancing about and slowing things right down looking for every chance to pick up the ball in his hands, and if he does get it at his feet, he'll wait and look left, right for a minute allowing for someone to rob him as if he enjoys it being robbed.
The point I'm making is that we appear to be kicking the can further down the road. With the club run as it is, relegation to League 1 is a formality, whether it be this season, next, or the one after. We saw Sunderland survive for several seasons in the PL by their fingernails, then when they finally went down, things were so bad they suffered a double relegation.
