I'd go as far as saying that our season and survival hinges purely on these Easter Weekend fixtures.
The three teams are currently 20th, 21st and 22nd in the last 5 game form table.
Sunderland having picked up 5 points from their past 5 games, Blackpool and Us 4 points each.
Both games are winnable and arguably the most winnable from any of our remaining games.
If we are in the drop zone after these two then I feel we could be going down.
Huddersfield are 10th in the same form table which shows that if they even continue that form they will comfortanbly pass us without a big upturn in form from us.
Rock solid defence is needed
The ref who didn't send Madine off last time we played them is in charge again.
Two cup finals in four days, not sure this team has the minerals to see this out and keep us up.
Can see this game after back to back disasters making it a hat trick. 2-0 Blackpool.
All depends which Blackpool turns up. The one that beat QPR turns up we’re in trouble. The one that had turned up the last few games and we should get a tight win
The good news is that it is’t forecasted to rain in Blackpool Friday so we should be able to finish the match if we are ahead! I know they say you make your own luck and that we haven’t exactly been great this season but - surely it’s time we just had some luck come our way.
This thread really has been very illuminating.
I'd like to see Bagan given a chance, he's done alright in the few u21 games I've watched on youtube recently, would also like to see Colwill play in the #10 role, all depends on our injuries.
O'Dowda and Etete unlikely to feature according to Lamouchi. Ng might be ok. Robinson probably out for the season.
