Thats got to be fake and a complete load of bollox. If it was true both sides would be looking at far worse than a points deduction.🤣

The Daily Mail who’s source is the Sun…
How convincing
It’s not going to happen. Who makes these stories up. Have they got nothing else to write about.
Utter bollox sums it up nicely
Football club utilising their squad shock, wish we had that luxury.
It's past the deadline for points deductions this season.
Burnley are promoted, so can't be deducted points next season as FL and Prem are separate entities.
Utter non-stoy.
They won’t be punished because they haven’t broken any rules.
Apparently, the regulations state that at this time of the year a club must include at least ten players in their match day squad who appeared in their previous match day squad. For the Reading game, Burnley named 14 players from their 18-man squad against Sheffield United.
According to the BBC report, the EFL have asked Burnley for their observations following a complaint from Huddersfield. This has Warnock written all over it. I reckon he’s doing what he can to ensure Burnley play a strong team against City.
Sky are reporting the EFL have concluded Burnley have no case to answer.
Good effort by Warnock to stir the pot, though.
