Ralls penalties weren’t great but, to be fair, he scored more than he missed. Kaba has had 3 now and all poor because the one he scored was lucky to go in.

The ref let City get away with a few blatant fouls early on and he's let Rotherham get away with plenty since. To be honest, I think he's just rubbish. Don't believe their goal should have been disallowed, though. Kipre made a right meal of that and he was never getting to the ball. Meanwhile, Ng was appealing for a foul rather than trying to stop the cross.
