Ticketweb - Ticket Problems

An affiliate of Ticketmaster, ordered some tickets from them in March for a Deep Purple tribute tonight, forgot about it, calendar reminded me this morning, no tickets received, phone numbers not answering, emails no response, bank statement confirms money taken, anyone used them ?
Could do with some loud rock A.T.M so will turn up anyway and pay on the door if possible, it was only about 35 squid so haven't been scammed for too much, if I cannot get a refund.

Which venue? They may be happy to let you in by showing the confirmation email.

Did you use a credit card? Might be able to claim through them if so but that won’t help for tonight.

The problem I see, is that my bank statement just states the company and value and not what the debit is actually for, used my bank card and not a credit card @ 2b2doo, i'll suck it up for tonight and go after it next week.

And it was completed on a web form, have no email to or from them.

None of the numbers that I've been able to find work with a this service is not in use response.

Turns out that when i ordered the tickets I chose an option of collection at the venue :hehe: only found this out when I explained to the lady that I had pre-booked tickets and hadn't received them, she checked her records and it was all good. Deeper Purple aren't the best tribute band I've seen but none the less were very good, and a very good evening of loud rock with air guitar enjoyed :music: old fashioned but decent venue for this type of gig.
