Did a few jobs this morning but nothing strenuous.
Sitting at my laptop and the weather outside is pretty miserable.
Feel a nap coming on.
Hopeless trying to watch anything on tv these days as asleep in less than 10 mins.
When's the new season start? Hopefully a miracle happens by then.

My old man loved his afternoon nap, in fact he passed away in his sleep one afternoon, ok for him, not so good for the forty passengers on his bus
Since I done early mornings on the post in the 70s I've been able to have a nap in the afternoons.
These days I take a b12 vitamin from tescos £1.50 for 30.Boosts the energy levels.
I sleep in the afternoon except when I visit Cardiff to watch the football. The problem is I fall asleep at the wheel on the drive home so now I spend the night in a hotel which makes watching football a very expensive pastime.
I love a nap, doesn’t matter how long, sometimes just 15 minutes but feel so much better for it.
I love a quick nap if the opportunity arises. Got home from work about 5 tonight. Stuck Glamorgan game on You Tube. Within 5 mins the eyes were shut and I’d nodded off for 20 minutes. Woke up Glamorgan took a wicket and now I’m recharged and ready for my Indian down the curry house at 7. Nice start to the weekend!!

As a kid I hated being put down for an afternoon nap and being spanked, now I'm an adult I love them both.

Sleeping in the afternoon usually means diabetes or cancer. I'd get yourself checked out sharpish if I was you.
