NHS is poor in England, but it's completely on its arse in Wales, as is the economy, instead of Let's take advantage of covid and boost the economy, it was ban the Engish from Wales, and stopped the Welsh moving more than five miles, then lock down longer and keep closed as long as possible.

Now it's let's tax the visitors to Wales with a tourist tax, triple council people's second homes, so they have to sell or commercialise their properties, and let's make life unbearable for landlords and motorists.
