IMO yes as long as his role is creative rather than defensive.
He appears to be a 60 minute player - I’d settle for that if he makes a real contribution during that time.
Inevitably he will be considered to be a high earner which will soon become a burden if he is injured too much, doesn’t play well or is the best of a poor bunch.
On balance - yes. His signing would also add momentum and hope.

Yes. End of thread.
Well Dylan Levitt has signed for Hibs so it’s not a bad plan B.
Is signing for Hibs really more attractive and lucrative than signing for City?
Would it be good to sign Messi?
Yes.
No, an expensive luxury when this season we may struggle more than last.
Anyone who says no is surely just being a try hard?
No reason at all to not want it
If there is more than just a bit of interest on both sides then they need to get on with it
If he wants to sign and we want him to sign for christ sake get on with it
It's torture reading all the nonsense on here and other Internet sites
It's like pulling teeth or getting blood from a stone
Get on with it and stop fannying about
Absolute no brainer, will build feel good factor, improve our first 11 and also the fringe/youth players who get to learn off someone who's played at the top level for the past 10-15 years.
In terms of revenue, we'd likely see an increase in tickets/shirts that would be the equivalent of 5-10k a week to cover some of his wages.
The thing is it's not like we have a full squad and he is a pure extra cost, for example we'd likely be spending 10k+ a week on an average championship player instead if he wasn't to sign
No. Too injury prone- expensive luxury to have in the treatment room
Just to bring the Welsh lads, influence the squad will look up too . Play odd game , tgen become a coach for us .
