Two or three famous people a day and many quite young?
And what's the best age to die? - About 80 for a bloke I would say after that your body wears out and you can do less and less each year, and hopefully you can avoid Alzheimer's although some people seem to be getting that young.
It’s not people dying younger, it’s you/us getting older
I love how people on twitter and Facebook jump onto the covid vaccine for any kind of death/heart issue when they probably have no idea of the person had the vaccine or not.
Twitter, Facebook, etc, just make the sad even sadder in my opinion. Don't the gifted see it as a form of control as well?a platform not for their benefit, manufactured, installed and served like a ready meal. I reckon people should try a **** the social media off a bit, people don't come across as happier, more relaxed, content etc, just more angry, upset and hysterical. I mean why the **** would anyone do that to themselves?
Much too much alcohol and drugs, plus lack of exercise. Also, too much stress in the workplace and throughout life in general.
Over indulgence over a period of time is my guess .
People have always died young. There's also more 'famous' people these days, so according to the Venn diagram I've drawn in my head, there's more young famous people dying than before. There's also more ways of finding out that someone has died.

As you can see the number of people dying ‘young’ is about 15% above the pre-pandemic average.
Here’s another heat map but only for 2023 using ONS data for England and Wales and standard deviation from the 2015-2019 average.

Both these heat maps show that there are significant excess deaths in the under 65s.
We come unbidden into this life, and if we are lucky we find a purpose beyond starvation, misery, and early death which, lest we forget, is the common lot.
