As far as I'm aware there's nothing inherently wrong with RAAC concrete but it does need to be properly fitted but I would think considering the construction with the neighboring St David's 2, I wouldn't be surprised if there is an issue here.

Let's be honest, now this is out, anything they need to knock down will suddenly develop RAAC concrete disease. It's a brilliant idea to get rid of unwanted buildings. Saves burning them down, anyway.
Well St Davids certainly is the right age but all the experts I've listened to say it's to do with how well the buildings are maintained.
