I guess this is why the team GB concept doesn't work. Basically to qualify for the Olympics England (and it can only be England) have to win their nations league group. However Scotland are in the same group. So Scottish players may knock England out but in doing so knock themselves out of the Olympics also! (Or Scottish players against team GB will have the opportunity to knock team GB out).
