It is all about the owners and training IMO.
I got bitten by a Golden Retriever when I was a kid doing my paper round.

As has been stated, the owner of these type of dogs do tend to fit a certain profile and are probably fine with their dogs to be aggressive.

Something should absolutely be done, but I’d hate to see random dogs just be put down because of the law.
