Im not convinced hes the long term answer at no. 1 but how Alsopp kept him out last season is behond belief. Alnwick is much the better keeper.
Good news. Now 8 of the side that started vs the Jacks are contracted until the end of next season at least. In fact, as Tanner has a year option, everyone who played bar Grant, Ugbo and Collins (surely next in line for a new deal with Tanner) are here next season too.

the only reason I can think might be that there was an agreement when we loaned Runarsson that he'd be a starter. Butt if he's no better than Alnwick it's tough sh!t Arsenal I'm afraid
