I think it doesn’t matter what certain posters opinions are regardless of what facts are presented , and it also seems that some poster’s assumptions are more acceptable than others.

Well, when someone’s talking rubbish, then yes they are. I wouldn’t deny that some transfer deals are arranged some time before they are announced to the public at a time which is better for all concerned, but I’m pretty sure that there are far more that aren’t- especially when the deals are completed on or close to deadline day.
