How many capital cities in Europe have one club and very few people actually support the club?

It’s easy and lazy to wheel out the same excuses like the premier league. It hasn’t affected other clubs of a similar size who’ve not been established EPL teams. Plus there’s no other clubs near us geographically.

I don’t know if Cardiff fans are more apathetic than others but there doesn’t seem to be a cultural link to the city itself
Being a capital city means nothing.

PSG get nearly 20k less than Marseille.
Manchester United are the best supported team in England by about 15k week in week out.
Celtic and Rangers get 100k fans weekly combined compared to Hearts and Hibs’ 30k.
Bayern get more than Hertha and Union Berlin combined.
Roma have been the 3rd best supported team in Italy for years.

Warnock’s attendances are boosted by the last few games of the season that were 25k - 33k crowds. We started that season getting crowds of 16k and 17k.
