Collins was injured on his fourth game last season and missed the rest.
Think he’s been living off his performances in those first three games. Will he ever be the same again?
I thought he started this season brilliantly, one of our best players consistently. I think he took a knock in a home game some time ago, can’t remember who it was against now but he continued to play and hasn’t been the same since. Still until we get others in or back to fitness he’s our only left back.
He has been poor but also he is being pulled inside to mark centre forwards. Opposition wingers now hang on the touchline…. He often has to cover two men…
It was his decision not to go according to WOL.
Some of the overreaction on Collins is mad. He's had a career threatening injury and then has been flogged to death when he should have been eased in. Of course he's not been great recently. He needs to put his feet up for a few weeks at least.
