New Season Ticket Card: If you have selected this method of delivery, please ensure you submit both a copy of your valid photo ID along with a recent colour photo of yourself. This will be uploaded to your record and a new season ticket photo card will be issued in time for the start of the 24/25 season.Valid photo ID, along with your recent colour photo can be submitted via
tickets@cardiffcityfc.co.uk or alternatively can be handed in to the tickets office (subject to opening hours), or sent via post. Please ensure you list both name and Fan ID when submitting your details.
