How is it surprising? A lot of seats changed hands in the election, and there are now far more Labour constituencies than there were before the election. So it makes sense that after that event, more football clubs are sited in Labour constituencies. It would be more surprising if they weren't.
I think those figures say a lot. Football clubs are traditionally urban and Labour has tended to be a party of the inner cities. Although it would be wrong to say that the Conservatives are a rural party, I think it is right to think of them as a party of the suburbs. It should always be the case that a majority of football clubs are based in Labour constituencies, but as clubs move outwards from city centres due to new grounds you might get times when a majority of clubs are in Tory constituencies. Maybe the thing to look out for in the future is if inner city clubs start switching from Labour to Reform or Independent - I’d say that’s more likely to happen than seeing inner city clubs turning Conservative.
