Shocking news from Turkey

'Our Technical Director Souleymane Bamba, who fell ill before the Manisa Football Club match played yesterday, was taken to Manisa Celal Bayar University Hospital and unfortunately lost his battle for life there. Our condolences to his family and our community.'

He's up there with my favourite City players ever, and that isn't just hyperbole after learning of his death.

The video of him making Welshcakes with Warnock still pops up on my YouTube feed every so often and I always watch it.
