    Saturday Football

I'm watching Wrexham v Shrewsbury at the moment. The Racecourse looks good (as do Wrexham) and there's a decent crowd. I never thought we'd play them in the League again. If we're lucky, we might play them in the Championship next season. Not exactly looking forward to it though.

Yes, got a bad feeling we won't be playing them next season.
On a lighter note, watched much of Barrow v Swindon. Barrow's goalie sent ioff after 35mins and no sub goalie! Barrow were winning 1-0
Outfield player stepped in and kept a clean sheet until last kick of match when he was beaten by a 30yarder.
Crazy but enjoyable game. Standard of footie was even worse than what see down CCS mind you.

I was looking forward to this Ireland v England game and Ireland got off to a bright start. It's pretty much over now though. After only 30 minutes.

Wrexham looked very composed. I had no doubt they would batter town

Halfway up/down the National League with two wins and two losses in their first seven matches - beaten 3-0 at home by lowly Boston United today.

No doubt he's trying to be too clever with players that just aren't up to it.
