Great to see, just one badge higher isn't there?

Hopefully can get him coaching down here following his playing career

Possibly. Rather Ramsey than Purse or Ramasut.

Is the UEFA A Licence the minimum qualification needed to manage in the EFL?

To get the A diploma you need to have "completed at least one year’s experience, after graduating with the UEFA B licence, as a coach in 11-a-side football", so maybe he's already been doing some work at Cardiff.

I wouldn't be against Ramsay replacing bulet

Not 100% on this but I'm sure that the pro licence is only needed for the Premier League? The 'A' licence allows Ramsey to manage in the professional game, just not 'top tier'.

All that could be bollocks though Jon so I'll happily be corrected.

Interestingly, I'm assuming Bulut has the pro licence as he's previously managed 'top tier' football in Turkey? It's working well for him.

Really ? Somehow I just never envisaged Ramsey in a coaching/managerial role. Bellamy, yes.

Yep. Rambo seems a bit too reserved to be a head coach.

He does seem intelligent though, which is probably a more valuable trait than having a big personality.

Maybe the days of the ranter & raver manager have passed. He’s obviously got resolve & determination, albeit with reserve, to achieve what he has, especially after that horrendous injury.

Seems he has been coaching the city under 18s. Be good to have him involved in some capacity when he retires from playing.

How come? I always thought he'd be more likely than someone like Bellamy

Absolutely. Bellamy is definitely not a ranter and raver. Hilarious to read some of the tweets trying to be positive about bellamy as manager and thinking hes in the changing room swinging golf clubs to motivate. Such nonsense.

When i hear ramsey now he sounds like a manager in waiting. He will be great.

The only one i definitely ruled out was always gareth bale. As a player he really didnt seem interested in football at all. Would watch golf when his team was playing.

It probably helped him though as his nerves were like ice as he always just seemed like he was playing for a laugh. Which as a professional is the best thing you can do. (If you are decent- if not then you may need to concentrate)

Anyway think i called that right- doesnt seem anywhere near the game now?

But yes bulut will be gone in a couple of weeks. Just a matter of time now. Im done with him hes useless.

Almost hope for ramseys sake he doesnt become our manager as much better to join arsenal as a coach (he said how much he stays in contact with arteta so wouldnt surprise me) but how can they not offer it to him?

Problem for Ramsey he would be inheriting Buluts squad.

It's going to be tough keeping this squad up. I think it would be better for Ramsey to wait until next summer even if he takes over a L1 side.

However I think it's highly likely that our new manager around the next International break will be someone already at the club.

Tom Ramasut needs a go first, its got to be his turn at some point

If it stops him coaching the defence, it can only be a positive

There is no way this is a relegation caliber squad. Other than the notable lack of a striker it's got Championship quality and players on big wages throughout. It's Bulut's negative tactics and selection that are the big problem, although I agree that by the time he will be fired it's likely far from an ideal situation for a first time manager to come into.
