A conspiracy? Hmmmm, you have an Israeli minister, Smotrich openly discussing the topic and how it could be achieved who has previously given speeches whilst displaying a 'Greater Israel' map.
It's open discussion in Israel, whether it's through religious belief or a potential answer for securing the Israeli state. It's not gained massive traction but it's not a conspiracy and as Israel lurches further into populism and nationalistic rhetoric is may prove attractive to more?

Are there extremists in the Israeli government? Unfortunately so. Do many believe in a greater Israel? I don't doubt it. Does that mean Israel has a serious, deliverable or viable route to occupying and ruling he middle East including Iran? No, it doesn't. It's not happening.
Better to focus on the wrongs of their expansion on the west bank and finding a two-state solution.
