The board may not recognise him if he turns up to the interview all groomed, suited and booted.
personally i'd prefer to see him head-to-toe in Stone Island and facing the opponents technical area for the duration of the whole game "calling it on"
anything less is embarrassing
Genuinely cannot believe that anyone truly cares what the manager looks like. I assume they're all joking. Sad.
It’s only recently that managers have gone for full suit. Cloughie always wore a tracksuit as did most mangers of the time. It’s only Sky and watching Ferguson and Wenger prancing along the touchline in suit and leather shoes that made it trendy. I think the moaners have been watching too much Premier league - they will be wanting prawn sandwiches next!
How inappropriate on a wet and windy night in Stoke to be running pitchside in a suit - think managers look really out of place.
I say sports leisure wear and keep the suit for the play off final
I gotta be honest, after a short while I hated GLC.
Bunch of Bassaleg/Rougemont posh boy chancers that I think are c**nts.
I’m not saying that I’d like to try and fill one or two of them in if I was feeling brave enough in a pub one night, but I’m not saying that I’m not.
On the other hand I sometimes go to watch City games when I am back with the Brother in Law of these from a Proper Newport Band who is a season ticket holder.

I quite liked the TShirt
As long as he doesn't put on a Peaky Blinders cap it's all good.
Perhaps he's making a point - he's still officially a coach, so he's going to dress like one. Sort of "make me the manager, and then I'll dress like the manager".
full kit for me, support the boys on the pitch
he's clean shaven today, he probably reads this 'messagebeard' and has succumbed to the bullying..
You cannot be serious.
