    He run a free flowing tap against Pompey many moons ago,sadly a few washers have a sprung a leak.

    I believe he could run a tap, it's a pretty easy piece of equipment to navigate.

    I don't believe he can run an effective football team though.

    He must have turned the tap off at half time, God knows what he said to them to make them play like that in the second half
