Thread: O'Dowda signing a new contract.

    O'Dowda signing a new contract.

It will be out soon. Not sure if it's a new contract for us or signing for someone else. Contact is playing silly buggers with me. So it will either be good news 😁 or bad 😞

Probably the same contact I've got, he told me we will be signing someone else this year, just couldn't confirm who or when.

I take it the entire medical staff have re-signed their contracts as well

O'Dowda is a tidy player. Easily good enough to be 1st choice in a mid table Championship team. However, in the three years he's been with us, he has only started 75 of the 132 fixtures played. This despite always being 1st choice. This is a 57% percentage which looks like it is going to get worse. He had a similar fitness record at Bristol City.

I guess the club will have the same dilemma over Robinson. As always, it depends on with you replace them with.

Oxford would be a good bet, given they were his 1st club and he's from the County.

My mate told me in a pub that his neighbour's cousin's window cleaner's uncle knows nothing about o'Dowda's contact situation.

We’ve made a few signings, so there were other irons in the fire.

I guess there's still a fairway to go before the others agree contracts.

We probably need another FOUR in before the window slams shut.

Hopefully they won't feel as rough.

Apparently he asked for a decent wedge.

The club went a fair way to meet his demands.
Although not the (w)hole amount he thought what the club offered was par for the course.
    Pi
They would have offered him a club house, but they sold them all years ago.

Hopefully we won't see him fade after his new contract and that he draws in the crowds.
