I have posted a video of this guy previously, Peter Jones, my lad plays in a band with him, but just came across a video of Peter in his main gig Tiger Moth Tales, i get it, prog isn't for all.
Peter is blind and has been since a very young age.
In this video, he's playing keys, has a horizontal axe mounted above the keys, and sings (very well) putting aside his lack of vision he's an incredible musician, then add his lack of sight, he's incredible x 10.
The 1st 5 mins demonstrates his talents.
As a Brucie bonus, he often knocks out great GENESIS classics in between sets, his voice is very Peter Gabriel.
I think it is next month my lad is off to Norway to do a gig with him.
That is absolutely superb. What a musician. Great feel on the guitar, a sound I'd love to replicate on mine. Another blind guitarist who used to have his guitar mounted horizontally was Jeff Healey, sadly now deceased. What a player he was.
I checked out Peter Jones' website but could find nothing on any upcoming tour dates. Would definitely go to one of his gigs if he's playing locally.
