He's a great guy, but still gaining experience in the role. For me, he’d need to beat Luton, pick up a lot more points, and steer the team clear of the relegation zone. We’ve got the foundations of a strong squad for next season, but he must solidify his back four—constantly changing the defense week after week isn’t ideal for a manager.
