For anyone feeling sorry for riza. Ask yourself- what kind of level would he have been appointed at as a manager before us? What kind of level will he be appointed at next? Likewise morison and hudson and on and on.

This 100%. For a Championship club that is presumably not paying badly, it's a pathetic state of affairs. And unless the club puts someone in charge more qualified than running a few luxury car showrooms, it will never change.
