Does being Sporting Diector of Shamrock Rovers make him any more qualified to coach in League One than Ramsey?

It obviously means Tan has seen the error of his ways and is about to transform the board (bringing in a couple of ex managers and a couple of fans - all with relevant skills) and the scouting/recruitment department, employ a young ambitious manager (but with some solid experience - probably from Bundesliga 2), and make Steve McPhail our Director of Football.

It has taken a while Vincent, but you have finally got there!
