I've not been to a match so i can't comment on the atmosphere before and around matches. So how many fans get enagaed at home games and what is the success rate of the marriages?
The programme designs were good. It was also OK to have an old badge on the home shirts.
Does that count as award winning engagement ?
We are probably the most disenchanted fan base in the EFL right now. I think maybe this award should have gone to Wrexham , they have owners who know how to to engage with their fan base. We havent heard from our owner in 3 years , what a joke!
Probably because of the club statement in response to that letter from the FAB?

Joking aside the cardiff city foundation charity is an excellent charity that does universally good work.
It's not part of the club so may not be linked to this but it is attached to it so I wouldn't be surprised if they have something to do with it?
I believe the award is for sending players out into the community to see sick kids and elderly fans on last legs etc by the way if anyone is actually interested.

It's without question that the Foundation does excellent work with the wider community, but this nomination and win is specifically for the fan engagement over the 125th anniversary.
